These terms apply when you use this website or request plumbing service from Helena Express Plumbing, 4685 Highway 17, Helena, AL 35080. By using the site or calling us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Requesting service
Service is requested by phone at (855) 575-2890. A request is not a contract until you have heard the price for the work and approved it. The price is explained before work starts, and you may decline without obligation for that work, although a diagnostic or after-hours dispatch may carry a charge that is explained on the call.
Prices and scheduling
Prices depend on the problem, access, parts and the time of the visit. After-hours and holiday dispatches may be priced differently from daytime visits. Same-day appointments are offered when available, and arrival times are estimates that can change with weather, traffic and call volume.
Emergencies
This website is not an emergency service by itself. If you smell gas, see a fire or feel unsafe, leave the building and call 911 and the gas utility emergency line before calling us. For plumbing emergencies, shut off the water at the main valve if it is safe and call our line.
Call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
Website content
